About the role
AllinCall is looking to hire a motivated candidate for the Product Management profile.
Due to the current COVID-19 situation, the candidate can work from home. When the situation improves, we would be glad to extend the full-time offer at our Powai Office in Mumbai.
As a product manager, you will be managing the product development process from conception through design, build, release analysis, and iteration.
Duties and Responsibilities
A.) Contribute to the overall product roadmap across all platforms – web, mobile, apps -- after careful consideration of the needs of internal and external parties.
B.) Lead development of new product offerings by conducting market research, user surveys, and the like to understand where and how we can satisfy unmet consumer needs.
C.) Understand user pain points and needs by conducting primary research as well as looking at the data.
D.) Write business/product requirements documents and ensure clear communication and coordination of requirements to the business, design and development teams.
E.) Establish business metrics and indicators for success.
F.) Monitor and measure launched products and feed learnings back into the product development process.
G.) Coming up with innovative solutions to solve user pain points.
H.) Understand customer experience to identify product requirements and gaps.
I.) Identify market trends and product benchmarks, to drive growth and improve customer experience.
J.) Work closely with engineering teams to deliver with quick time-to-market and optimal resources.
Requirements and Qualifications
A.) Excellent analytical skills: Ability to break down and solve complex problems.
B.) Sharp Communication: Ability to articulate the problem and proposed solution clearly and succinctly.
D.) Strong ability to collaborate across teams and get to results quickly.
D.) Take complete ownership and drive issues end-to-end independently.
E.) Proactiveness in developing an understanding of various applications of technology.
F.) Ability to document product requirements and communicate them to cross-functional teams.
G.) An understanding of what makes for good user experience and beautiful design.
H.) An academic background in Computer Science or related engineering discipline is preferred.
I.) Experience in a fast-paced startup is preferred.

D.) CTC: 5 LPA to 6 LPA
Optional:
A.) Education in Software development would be an added advantage.
B.) Knowledge of Django (Python) would be a bonus!
C.) Demonstrably strong design sense.
D.) Familiarity with APIs, documentation, server architecture.
