About the role
AllinCall is looking to hire a motivated candidate for the role of Management Trainee. This is supposed to be an internship followed by a full-time role based in Mumbai. The duration of the internship will be 2-3 months.
Due to the current COVID-19 situation, the candidate can work from home as an intern. When the situation improves, we would be glad to extend a full-time offer at our Powai Office in Mumbai based on the candidate's performance.
As a Management Trainee at AllinCall, you will work on the projects of some of the largest companies - ICICI Bank, Kotak Mahindra Bank, IDFC FIRST Bank, etc.
Key Roles and Responsibilities:
A.) Create and communicate project plans that meet client objectives.
B.)Communicate with appropriate teammates and leadership regarding the status of specific projects.
C.) Monitor timeliness and quality of deliverables to ensure compliance with standard processes and methodologies.
D.) Demonstrate an understanding of business priorities and the ability the exercise keen prioritization skills between projects and within projects to effectively handle competing and evolving priorities.
E.) Maintain or request status updates across all milestones for all clients (existing and onboarding) within a team to drive transparency and accountability.
F.)Preparing documents and updating records.
G.)Taking detailed notes and liaising with Managers, Supervisors, and other senior staff.
H.)Fulfilling any requirements and meeting goals set out at the start of the traineeship.
Requirements:
A.) Excellent communication skills and a knack to understand and deliver client requirements.
B.) Ability to deliver timely solutions and communicate the same, accordingly.
C.) Eager to learn and adapt to an IT background.
D.)Proficiency in MS Office.
E.)Superb attention to detail.
F.)A positive attitude and willingness to learn.
G.)Excellent time management skills.
Kindly note: The candidate must make necessary adjustments for a laptop/desktop to work on due to the current work from home situation.

Location
Powai, Mumbai (Currently remote work due to the COVID-19 Pandemic, until Company decides to operate from Mumbai Office after the pandemic subsides).
Stipend: Rs. 10,000 - Rs. 15,000 per month.
Salary(CTC): Rs. 2 to 2.5 lakhs per annum.
