Cogno AI by AllinCall is an Omnichannel Cloud Communication-as-a-Service that uses a combination of ChatBots, Live Agent Chat, Cobrowsing, and Video Calling to provide a Delightful Customer Experience across all Digital Channels.
We work with 45+ large Enterprise clients (ICICI Group, Kotak Group, HDFC Group, State Bank Group, Aditya Birla Group, Bajaj Group, etc).

Position Description:
AllinCall is looking to hire a self-motivated and well-spoken candidate for the role of Enterprise Sales Executive. It is a client-facing job, which will require travel post the lockdown ends. The nature of the job can be aggressively demanding in various circumstances.

To be successful as a Sales Executive you should be able to build an instant rapport, achieve customer satisfaction, and possess excellent communication skills. A top-performing Sales Executive should also be very competitive, a good listener, and proactive.

Job Responsibilities:
-Manage big Enterprise leads provided to you by the company at least at a Vice President (VP) or AVP level.

-Establish client relationships through constant follow-ups.

-Responsible for initiating the conversation with the client, presenting the demo, following-up, talking to other teams like IT, Information Security, Legal, Compliance and getting necessary approvals, and finally, leading to a Purchase Order.

-Coordinating the entire Sales Cycle, leading to a contract for the company.

-Identify the various use cases of our product for a particular client and target them accordingly. From reaching out to the client till the date of invoice completion, you will be the single point of contact with them. Any escalations post Sales will also be routed through you.

-Achieving sales targets.

-Meeting corporate clients and conducting B2B sales presentations with top management.

-Identifying enterprises from different channels, through networking and existing advisors' network, eventually leading to a Purchase Order.

Skills and Experience:
-1-3 years' experience mainly in B2B Sales.
-Experience in a tech product or a SaaS product would be preferred.
-A B.Tech degree in Computer Science or IT is mandatory.
-Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
-Pipeline Management skills.
-Highly proactive and self-motivated, works well independently and with others.
-Highly organized and detail oriented.
-Strong sense of ownership of work.
-Good understanding of general aptitude.

-Location
Powai, Mumbai (Currently remote work due to the COVID-19 Pandemic, until Company decides to operate from Mumbai Office after the pandemic subsides).

-CTC: Upto Rs. 15.0 LPA (Base Salary: Rs. 4.0 LPA - Rs. 6.0 LPA)
