About the role

AllinCall is looking to hire a motivated Accounting Manager. The main role of the candidate would be managing and maintaining the company's billings and invoices.

Roles and Responsibilities:
1. Manage obligations to suppliers, customers and third-party vendors
2. Process bank deposits
3. Reconcile financial statements
4. Prepare, send and store invoices
5. Contact clients and send reminders to ensure timely payments
6. Submit tax forms
7. Identify and address discrepancies
8. Report on the status of accounts payable and receivable
9. Update internal accounting databases and spreadsheets

Requirements:
1. A B.Com or equivalent undergraduate degree
2. 0-2 years of working experience in a similar role
3. Good written and verbal skills
4. Proficiency in Microsoft office
