Job Profile: HR Executive

About the role

We are looking to hire a motivated candidate for the role of Associate HR Executive.

Due to the current COVID-19 situation, the candidate can work from home. When the situation improves, we would be glad to extend the same at our Powai Office in Mumbai.

Roles and Responsibilities:

A) Communicating with potential job candidates.
B) Contacting candidate references and verifying education listings.
C) Coordinate with department managers to forecast future hiring needs
D) Issuing employment contracts and verifying completion.
E) Issuing new employees with enrollment documents and assisting with the distribution of training material.
F) Build the company’s professional network through relationships with HR professionals, colleges and other partners
G) Advise hiring managers on interviewing techniques.
H) Implement new sourcing methods (e.g. social recruiting and Boolean searches)
I) Research and choose job advertising options.
J) Update current and design new recruiting procedures (e.g. job application and onboarding processes).
K) Manage the recruiting team and report on its performance.
L) Keep track of recruiting metrics (e.g. time-to-hire and cost-per-hire)

Requirements:

A) Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field.
B) Previous experience working in Human Resources is a bonus.
C) Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
D) Friendly and professional demeanour.
E) Good organizational skills.
F) Empathy and an approachable demeanor.
G) Attentiveness and honesty.

Kindly note: The candidate must make necessary adjustments for a laptop/desktop to work on due to the current work from home situation.

Some further details about the Job:

Location
Powai, Mumbai (Currently remote work due to the COVID-19 Pandemic, until Company decides to operate from Mumbai Office after the pandemic subsides).

CTC: Rs. 2.4-3.0 lakhs per annum
