Cogno AI by AllinCall is an Omnichannel Cloud Communication-as-a-Service that uses a combination of ChatBots, Live Agent Chat, Cobrowsing, and Video Calling to provide a Delightful Customer Experience across all Digital Channels.

We work with 45+ large Enterprise clients (ICICI Group, Kotak Group, HDFC Group, State Bank Group, Aditya Birla Group, Bajaj Group, etc).

Position description:
We are looking for a well-organized Head of Revenue who can direct and manage our organization's current day-to-day business activities. The responsibilities of a Head of Revenue include formulating and implementing processes to run the current Sales, Customer Success, and Operations. You need to ensure customer service is up to standard and take care of escalations.

The successful candidate for this role should possess excellent communication skills, client management skills, superior knowledge of business functions and strong business acumen, exceptional budgeting, and finance skills, and strong leadership qualities. The noteworthy Head of Revenue should account for all day-to-day business activities, support team development, enhance efficiency, drive sales and improve revenues, maintain relationships with clients, enhance the organization's image, and meet overall growth targets.

Job Responsibilities:
1. Supervise daily business operations by working closely with the Sales, Customer Success, and Operations teams:
- Exploring avenues to grow Sales/Revenues via Channel Partnerships.
- Managing client escalations.
- Full accountability of Sales and Revenue targets
- Working closely with the Finance Team to ensure invoices are timely sent and invoicing targets are met.
- Implementing effective systems, processes, and standards.
2. Reporting on operational progress.
3. Conducting periodic reviews with the relevant Business Teams.
4. Provide inspired leadership for the Sales, Customer Success, and Operations team.
5. Develop policies that will correlate with strategies and lead to the effective running of daily business operations.
6. Working closely with the HR Team to ensure a suitable team is built for running the day-to-day operations.
7. Help promote a company culture that encourages top performance and high morale.
8. Managing Customer Success and ensuring customer retention.
- Working closely with the Delivery Head to ensure timely Project Delivery.
- Work closely with Support and Customer Success Teams to ensure a great Customer Experience.

Requirements:
1. Post-graduate with an MBA degree preferably from a Tier 1 institute.
2. Experience in a similar role (experience with SaaS organizations preferred).
3. Knowledge of business functions.
4. Solid knowledge of data analytics.
5. Strong mathematical literacy.
6. Excellent organizational and leadership qualities.
7. A strategic thinker.
8. Determined, Hardworking, and Diligent.
9. Highly focused on achieving goals, targets, and numbers.
