Job Profile: Senior Manager - Digital Marketing

About the role

Position Description
We are looking for a skilled and knowledgeable marketing leader who is both creative and analytical, and who is proficient in all areas of marketing, from copywriting to Digital Marketing. You will be expected to define Digital Marketing strategies, identify the most effective strategy, and execute these strategies to build a marketing funnel for acquiring new clients.

Their other responsibilities include monitoring outcomes, identifying new channel partners, and positioning services and products effectively across various digital platforms to generate new leads .

Ideal candidates will be up-to-date with trends in social media marketing, Digital Marketing, and direct response marketing and should have years of experience working for an in-house marketing team for a B2B SaaS product. They will also have experience using search optimization techniques and platforms.

Key goals to achieve:
-Currently our clientele is primarily focused on Indian Enterprises. Devise marketing strategies to reach out to clients outside India.

-At present, we focus on large Enterprise clients (listed companies). Focus on expanding the client base to mid-market (500 - 2000 employee companies).

-We are focused on the Financial Services Market at the moment. Expand our services to organizations outside our current market

Job Responsibilities:
-Coordinating the Design and Development of the Website and other Digital Assets of the Company.

-Create go-to market strategies to make entry into foreign markets.

-Planning and executing all Digital Marketing campaigns including web, SEO, SEM, and social media to generate leads.

-Identify trends and insights, and optimize advertising spend and performance based on insights.

-Identify new platforms to promote the product in order to generate more leads.

-Collaborate with Design and Development Partners.

-Assisting in ongoing marketing campaigns and work on newer content marketing strategies.

-Developing and implementing internal brand management strategies.

Requirements:
-3-4 years' experience mainly in Digital Marketing.
-Experience working with a B2B SaaS platform preferred.
-Bachelor's degree in Marketing or Business.
-Master's degree in business administration is highly beneficial.
-Creativity and Empathy for Customers.
